REFUND POLICY: Any refunds must be requested before your starting date. We regret no monetary refunds will be available after this date.
Other Associated Costs:
TESTING: There will be periodic “Testing” for Belt promotions. These will be announced in class and posted on our Notice Board two weeks prior. “Testing Fees” are an extra charge and must be paid before testing.
TOURNAMENTS: Our members attend local competitions each year, to improve their skills and gain more competitive sparring experience. There are Participation Entry Fees associated with each tournament and members are fully responsible for all tournament related fees. (Fees vary for every tournament).
OTA Membership: To compete in provincially sanctioned tournaments, participants must carry membership with the OTA. The Annual Membership Fee for both Colour-Belts and Black Belts is $20. Payable to the OTA.
